Resists: The Opposite of a Stencil

“Everyone has their own opinion of holidays, so I refuse to get caught up in the history of Halloween, but instead settle on enjoying little children caught up in their desire for a sugar high in costumes. So while waiting for the little beggars to knock on my door, I challenged myself to come up with an appropriate Bible verse to journal on this fine Halloween night.” ~ Jackie Mattingly

Would you believe there is a verse about SPIDER WEBS in the Bible?

It is Job 8:14

(NIV) What they trust in is fragile, what they rely on is a spider’s web.

(KJV) Whose hope shall be cut off, and whose trust shall be a spider’s web.
