Stencils, Stencils, Stencils… Where do I find stencils that are perfect for Bible Journaling?
Kid’s Stencils are in the Children’s School or Craft aisles in Walmart and Target. Crafting Stencils are in the Fine Arts aisle of Michaels and Hobby Lobby. Drafting Stencils are with the rulers at Office Depot and Staples.
Of course there are tons of stencils on Amazon, so I have included some of my favorites at the bottom of this page. ~ Susan.
Stencils, Stencils, Stencils… How do I make the Decisions?
Flowers, Butterflies, Musical Notes, and other object stencils are great for drawing around and then filling in with colored pencils or no-bleed pens to provide a well designed drawing when free-hand is not desired.
Background Texture Stencils are great for “daubing” paint or gel water color crayons through the stencil to create a unique background on your bible page.
The brand, “Hot Off The Press”, have some that are great for writing the words for bible journaling. They have great lines for creating a “path” for writing as well as arrows/shapes that are perfect for pointing to that special bible verse you are focusing on.
If you are interested in ordering from Amazon.com, please click on any of these ads to be directed to their site. Any purchases, while there, will give us a small bonus, at no extra cost to you. This will help fund the CBJ ministry here on the web. Thanks ~ Susan
